One victim was killed and the other five were in surgery as of Monday night, police said in a press conference.http The suspect is Clifford L. Miller Jr., 24, who was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head in a red Chevrolet truck at 2306 SE 46th Terrace. Police were flooded with 911 calls between 4:03 pm and 4:16 pm as Miller Jr. rampaged through east Gainesville. Dante Anderson was a highly ranked 6'4 shooting guard from Eastside High School in Gainesville, Florida. Anderson passed away a car crash May 19th, 2007. Also killed in the crash was Curtis Hampton Jr., 16, a student at The Horizon Center. Dante averaged 25 points and 7 rebounds a game as a junior.
